Property Partners: Landlords & Churches

We’re actively expanding and are seeking:

Landlords

willing to lease homes for shared transitional housing

Homeowners

with vacant properties who want to create purpose-driven impact

Churches

or ministries with unused parsonages or buildings to repurpose as transitional space

We handle management, compliance, and screening — you provide the space, and we turn it into sanctuary.

What We Need Most

Help us set up homes with dignity. We accept new or gently used:
🛏️ Twin beds & bedframes
🧼 Hygiene kits (travel-sized items welcome)
🪑 Small dressers, nightstands, lamps
🧺 Towels, bedding, shower curtains, laundry baskets
🧂 Pantry staples (oatmeal, canned goods, etc.)

Gift cards to Walmart, Target, or local grocery stores are also welcome.

Want to fund a bed for someone rebuilding their life?

$700 sponsors one bed for one month
$2,100 sponsors an entire room (3 beds, utilities, support)
All donations go directly to housing, supplies, and resident support
