What to Expect at CORE Housing
At CORE Housing, we provide more than a roof — we create a stable, supportive environment for individuals ready to rebuild their lives. Whether you're a case manager, parole officer, veteran coordinator, or directly seeking housing, here’s what you can expect from our program:
Who Qualifies
We accept individuals referred through:

Department of Corrections (DOC)

Veterans Affairs (VA) and related voucher programs

Reentry and transitional programs

Individuals in need of shared, sober housing with limited income


What We Offer
Our residents receive:

Shared housing in a clean, safe, and respectful environment

Sober living expectations (we do not allow alcohol or drug use on the property)

Peer mentorship and positive community role models

Referrals to resources for employment, education, health care, and legal support

Welcome packets with job training, support services, and local contacts

House Rules & Expectations
To maintain a healthy and productive living space, all residents must agree to:

Curfew at 11:00 PM unless previously approved

No guests without prior request (overnight guest form required)

Sobriety required for all residents — attendance at support groups may be part of your agreement if applicable

Respect shared spaces and complete weekly chores

Participation in check-ins or community updates as scheduled
